PARKING: The home is located near Mettawee Mint Nursery in Dorset. To discourage people from attempting to park on Rte 30, we've arranged ample field Parking at Dorset West Rd and Foote Rd. You'll enter the property through a stunning backyard garden. Front driveway access for Loading Only!
DIRECTIONS: From Route 30, turn onto Church Street, then take a right onto Dorset West Road. Field parking at the intersection of Dorset West Rd and Foote Road, less than a mile up the road. Look for signs.
Early Arrivals: A sign-in sheet will be posted at the sale entrance before the sale begins. Entry numbers are distributed in order of sign-in. No leaving the site once you sign in! Remain onsite until you receive your entry number, usually an hour or so before the sale opens, or you forfeit your place in line.
