We accept cash, local checks, Venmo, and major credit/debit cards (with 3% service fee.)

Are prices marked, or do I bid for an item?

All items are clearly priced—no bidding necessary. Just shop, pay, and enjoy your new find!

Can I bring my own bags, boxes, and packing materials?

Absolutely! We encourage it. Packing materials can be limited, especially during busy sales.​

Early arrivals: How does your sign-in sheet work?

We use a sign-in sheet to keep things orderly. It goes out before the sale begins, and entry numbers are distributed in order of arrival. No leaving the site once you sign in! Remain onsite until you receive your entry number, usually an hour or so before the sale opens.

Do you deliver?

We don’t offer delivery, but we’re happy to recommend local movers or help you arrange transport.

How long do I have to remove my purchases?

All items must be picked up by the end of the final sale day, unless we’ve made special arrangements in advance.

I don't have email. Is there another way to receive sale notifications?

​I can’t make it to the sale, but there’s something I want to buy. Will you sell it ahead of time?

We get it—life happens! However, to keep things fair for everyone, we do not offer early sales or holds before the event opens.

Do you take returns?

All sales are final, so please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

 

Do you offer discounts as the sale progresses?

Yes! We often reduce prices on the second or final day of the sale. Keep an eye out for signs or announcements.

 

​Is parking available at the sale?

Parking varies by location. We do our best to provide details in the sale listing.

Are your sales indoors, outdoors, or both?

Depends on the property! Most are indoors, but we sometimes include garages, barns, or outdoor areas.

We do sales all year long--in the event of severe weather, check our website for updates.
